Responsible by design.
Agencies need reliable data, and creators deserve respect for their privacy. These are the rules AureX is built on.
Public sources only
We use search engines, public link pages and websites, and official platform APIs. We never log in to platforms, access private profiles or messages, or use leaked data.
A source for every field
Each email, number, link, location and status carries its source type, source URL, the date it was collected and the date it was last checked.
No guessing
Ages, gender, location and contacts are only recorded when publicly stated. If something isn’t public, AureX shows “Not found”. Ages are never estimated from photos.
No bypassing
Every provider respects rate limits and the platform’s technical restrictions. We don’t bypass CAPTCHAs, paywalls, logins or anti-bot systems.
Opt-out that sticks
When a creator asks to be removed, their records are deleted and they’re added to a global suppression list, so AureX never finds or shows them again — for any customer.
Adults only
AureX is built for recruiting adult professional creators. Records that indicate someone may be under 18 are excluded and customers agree never to use the platform to contact minors.
For agencies
Your workspace is private to your team. Customers must follow our acceptable use policy: legitimate business offers only, no spam or harassment, and every Do Not Contact request honoured. Outreach is always sent by a person, never automatically.
- Role-based access and an audit log of every change
- Suppression lists and Do Not Contact stages
- Record deletion and configurable data retention
- Secrets and API keys kept on our servers, never in the browser
For creators
If you’d like to see what AureX holds about you, correct it, or be removed and never listed again, you can ask at any time. We’ll confirm within 30 days.
Questions about our data?
We’re happy to walk your compliance team through sources, retention and opt-outs during the demo.
