What counts as a qualified prospect?
A creator who matches your filters and is added to your results as a new record. Candidates that don’t match, duplicates and creators already in your database don’t use your allowance. You pay for results, not for searching.
Why is there no free trial?
Every agency recruits differently, so we start with a demo where we run a live search for your markets. If AureX fits, we set up your workspace, scoring rules and target cities with you.
What happens if we need more prospects?
You can buy 100 extra qualified prospects for $249 at any time, or move up a plan. Unused monthly allowance doesn’t roll over.
Is there a setup fee?
Monthly plans have a one-off $500 onboarding fee covering your setup call, scoring rules and target markets. It’s waived on annual plans.
Can we change or cancel our plan?
Upgrades apply straight away. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Which currency do you bill in?
All plans are billed in US dollars. Your bank may convert the charge into your local currency.

Where does the data come from?
Only from public sources: search engines, public link pages and websites, and official platform APIs. We never log in to platforms, bypass security or use private data. Every field shows its source.
