Acceptable use policy
AureX exists to help agencies make legitimate, respectful business approaches to adult professional creators. Every customer and team member must follow this policy. Breaches can lead to suspension or closure of the account without refund.
You may
- Research public creator profiles to identify potential business partners.
- Contact creators through the public business channels they have published, with genuine offers of representation or collaboration.
- Keep notes, lists and pipeline records for your own recruitment work.
You must not
- Contact, research or keep information about anyone who is, or may be, under 18.
- Harass, threaten, pressure or deceive creators, or misrepresent who you are or what you’re offering.
- Send spam or bulk unsolicited messages, or use automated tools to send messages at scale.
- Ignore a request to stop contacting someone, or remove a creator from your Do Not Contact or suppression lists without their agreement.
- Use AureX to find someone’s home address, private contact details or other private information, or to stalk, dox or monitor an individual.
- Sell, publish or share AureX data outside your organisation, or combine it with data obtained unlawfully.
- Scrape, copy or automate access to AureX, share logins, or try to get around plan limits or security controls.
- Use AureX for anything illegal, including breaches of data protection, anti-spam or consumer protection law.
